Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at youremailaddress@nutriessence.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with the product or it is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Some promotional or limited-edition items may not be eligible for returns; these conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.
